What type of loans do you offer?
We provide our hardworking customers with personal loans for a variety of needs including rent payments, utility bills, hospital bills, vacations, gas money, or any other expenses for which they might need a little extra help.
What must I bring with me when I apply for a loan?
- An unexpired driver’s license or other government-issued ID
- Proof of address – a recent utility bill (water, telephone, power), bank statement, or lease agreement that states your name and address.
- Proof of income
- References including names, addresses, and phone numbers
Does Tri-Cities Finance report to any credit bureaus?
Yes, we report to all 3 bureaus – Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian. Consumers can go to www.annualcreditreport.com to receive any or all three credit reports annually at no charge.
Can I make my payment at another Tri-Cities Finance branch?
Yes, you can make a payment at any other Tri-Cities Finance branch, although our branch representatives will not be able to access your account information from a different branch. We strongly encourage you to make your payments at the branch from which the loan was originally made.
What payment methods does Tri-Cities Finance accept?
We will gladly accept cash, check, money order, debit/credit cards, or cashier’s check. We do not accept any electronic payments or 3rd party checks at this time.
Do you refinance title loans?
Yes, we do.
